The major R&D staffs once worked in world leading semiconductor companies, who have been engaged in R&D and mass production of communications and navigation terminal RF/microwave chips and multi-chip front-end modules for years. They are well-known international experts of communications and navigation terminal analog/RF chips, such as power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, frequency synthesizers, etc.They have played an important role in R&D of power amplifier chips for well-known international smart phones, while they also have abundant experience in SoC design in the integrated CMOS WLAN power amplifier. All of the developed products have been in mass production and applications, including high linear RF monolithic integrated power amplifier chips and modules for  3G/4G smart phones and mobile devices.
